Your symptoms are very vague and giving you an idea of what to do is nearly impossible. Something as simple as an ear infection, to hyperglycemia (high blood sugar), to a cold, to meningitis, to a stroke, to migraine, and on and on and on can cause these symptoms. More info, and probably an MD visit are in order.

you could just be getting a cold. If the headache came first maybe it was a migraine. There are a ton of stuff it could be. Probably not a sugar high (could be low sugar), could be blood pressure... and it can be infection. If you don't want to go to the doctor then you'll just have to wait and see. Drink lots of Water and get plenty of rest in the mean time.

The list of your symptoms could be many things. How long have you had these symptoms? or did they just start? I know you don't want to go to a doctor, but I really and strongly feel that you should. You could have a serious underlying physical problem that you are not aware of. Ignoring symptoms and problems don't usually go away on their own accord. Seek medical treatment and you will have peace of mind as to what is wrong with you or not. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

It could be any number of things or just one thing!
One thing is 'certain'-- you need 'medical attention'!
All of those symptoms are probably caused by more than one ailment! you need a quick check-up, asap!
If nothing else, call, 9-1-1 and go the emergency room!
Your 'body' is begging you for help!
May god bless and may you seek medical attention!
Sincerely,
Aries

could be sugar related. To really do anything it would involve knowing your past medical history and being able to take your vital signs including testing your blood sugar.

It could be a migraine or pregnancy but those are only guesses. I think your life is worth more than guesswork from pseudo-physician gurus, so please go to the doctor whether you want to or not. There are some life-threatening illnesses with these symptoms, and some are contagious. Please protect others as well as yourself.
Good luck.
