for cholesterol and HPB

Two totally different things. Ketchup is a condiment and tomato paste (which ketchup contains) is a thickener for sauces. I believe both are cholesterol free, but you'll have to read the labels. Ketchup might contain more sodium which can contribute to HBP

I don't understand fully. Are you going to consume one of them for health benefits? I suppose you should figure out which one has more antioxidants and lycopene, I would guess tomato paste as Ketchup is tomato paste with other ingredients, whereas tomato paste is mostly just tomatoes. As far as flavor goes, you can use either one effectively to produce hundreds of dishes. Please be more specific with questions, people can help more if they know more.
