the parties had a child prior to filing joint taxes (which constitutes marrigae in KS). One party has been under tremendous mental stress due to this situation and is now seeking divorce. Both parties agreed to divorce until going to sign papers. At that time due to the influence of a third party, one person started making totally uacceptable demands about the child.
The mother has been the custodial parent )the child is 5 1/2). the father has paid very little support. The parties have lived separatly for 3 1/2 yrs.

Alot of judges look at the situation to verify an emergency divorce is needed. She can also file for legal separation since they have been separated for that long.
