It does, and they are to three degree. What occurs is that once the electrons celebration in an atom, they pair up in this style of way as to diminish the magnetic skill - that is (in part) why the atom's orbitals replenish the way they do. once you've an atom with an easy atomic type, you get unpaired electrons contained in the outermost shell. yet those atoms have a tendency both pair up in molecules (H2, N2, etc.) so as that those electrons pair up, or form crystals and shed the outermost electrons to what's called the "conduction band" - the electrons stay contained in the fabrics yet do not stay in orbit around the atoms, making them conductive. All this pairing up makes the magnetic moments cancel out (like putting 2 magnets jointly, north-to-south ploes) leaving a non-magnetic fabric. The electrons themselves also spin on their axis, making them magnetic even even as they are not in orbit - back, they pair up in this style of thanks to diminish the magnetic skill. the easily physics in the back of it might want to get quite complicated, yet that is it in a nutshell.
