It may be an allergic reaction to a product on you like yor perfume. Go to the doctor together to figure out what it is so you can prevent it.

oh that's normal he's just nervous to be around a pretty girl do something like if your date involves food spill some on you on purpous to make him feel better or do something to make him feel more comfortable he's probobly just getting used to being around someone who he thinks is off the charts cut him some slack he's learning some boys are like that give him a chance he'll come around.

maybe he's nervous. does he touch his face or sweat a lot? this could cause pimples. Maybe get him a good face wash for a gift.
