The scene starts with a guy locking a lock on a giant crate, then you see him pushing the crate on a dolly. Then the camera pans out to show a giant wharehouse with the man in the middle aisle pushing the crate.

The scene has been parodied in many shows like South Park. I really would like to know the name of the movie, it's bugging me.

That is the final scene from "Raiders of the Lost Ark". The Ark is in the crate, being stored in a secret govt. warehouse with a million other crates.
