everyone needs to understand what it means,that these children will not be able to excel in life.they will not receive a diploma they will receive a certificate of completion. I don't no abt you but i want my kids to be able to read their diploma.

I'm not sure. I thought I was for the whole making teachers accountable thing but I was talking to a friend of mine who teaches in a very low-income area and she's struggled because her success rate is based on the success rate of these kids who have no support at home to help them want to do good on these standardized tests. So, I think more needs to be done on the family level.

it was a waste of time and money and for the record it was the drunk killer from mass. that was his bill. if these kids don't want to go to school and learn make them go to work in the labor jobs and deport all illegal aliens.then the ones in school would want to learn
