all you can do is just keep putting in applications. also you should keep bugging the places where you have already put applications. that will show them you are serious about working. good luck an GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!!!

Go to every temp employment agency in town and take their tests, sign up for employment. Employers today hire you as a temp FIRST, see how you "work out" before they offer you a full-time job. My wife worked for 23 years for a big company, got laid off with 1,800 other employees (they shipped their jobs to China!), signed up with 8 temp agencies the next week, and a week later, was working full-time in temp jobs. After 3 months, one of the temp jobs offered her a full-time position that she has now, 3 years later. Over 3/4 of her co-workers, after a year of looking, still did not find jobs because they REFUSED to do temp jobs.

Try a temp agency. A lot of places will be temp to hire, so if you can get your foot in the door and prove you are worthy of the job, they will hire you when your contract is done with the agency, which is usually 3 months.

if your talented you could create your own job. your own cleaning business. your own daycare business. take a CPR class and get a license for daycare so you can earn more money. theres sewing? house sitting for the elderly? it all depends on what you want to do. go back to school and take some classes to better your skills. hair,computer,nursing-RN-LPN-cna-mnt-EMT. create something you like. if you love animals you could take dog grooming classes. be open minded. sincerely ,ryoutrue2@yahoo.com

You have to have the attitude that you are there to make THEM money then you will find the doors opening up.
I would hire the first person that made me think that.
