No idea about GPA...never went to University, but here is my best guess.
4.00 = 100% ==> 4.00 * 25 = 100
3.07 = 76.75% ==> 3.07 * 25 = 76.75
So, I would multiply your GPA by 25 to get a percentage.
So your cumulative 2.35 would be about 58.75%

Since 100% would be 4.0, the answer is simple. Divide 3.07 by 4.0 which = 76.75%, and then divide 2.35 by 4.0 which is 58.75%. While you can multiply both your GPA and cumulative GPA by four 4 to get the same answers, the way I have shown you will allow to find the percentage of anything from the total possible, which is to divide your score achieved by the total possible. If 27 were possible and you attained a score of 23 then your percentage would be 85.2% (rounded up). Try it with a calculator first then soon you'll be the person everyone turns to and asks: what percentage does my score equal?

GPA is grade point average. it doesn't directly translate to percentages. an A is 4.0, A- is usually 3.7, B+ is 3.3, B is 3.0, etc., although it sometimes varies from place to place. you add up the points for all your classes, and divide by the number of classes, giving you an average.
so you can't really say without knowing what you got in each class, but a 3.07, being a little more than a B, might be 86%, and a 2.35 might be 79%. you can figure it out.
