I'm not totally sure. I've raised rabbits for 24 years and have never had that happend to one of my rabbits. I definitely recommend taking it to a vet. Until you can get to the vet, you may want to put some Visine on it's eye. There is one disease where the rabbit's eye gets covered over with a white snotty looking gunk and that will help it. But if it's bleeding, that may not be the case. It's hard to know withouth knowing all the details, but definitely take it to a vet.

Bring it to the vet. It could have a blood clot in the brain or somewhere in the body, (the show "House").

its claws might be real sharp and it scratched its eyes. take it to a vet. it might need its claws clipped.
