IT's a tie between The "Man on Fire" Soundtrack and the "Garden State" soundtrack. One of my favorite composers (Harry Gregson-Williams) did the Man on Fire Soundtrack. He also did music for Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3, Armageddon, Shrek and a ton of other movies.
The Garden State was done by various artist including one of my favorite groups (Zero 7)

The Vangelis score of Blade Runner. The first released score by the New American Symphony did fine for the years until Vangelis released his score...but once he did...Nirvana.
Vangelis mixed conversations from the movie with the soundtrack... like the conversation between Rachel and Deckard in his apartment when Rachel confirms for herself that she is a replicant in the cut "Wait for me"...and Roy Batty's famous last words in the cut "Tears in Rain".
Moody, atmospheric...there is no soundtrack like it. Not before...or since. Sublime approaches but does not cover how sweet it is.
I also dig the Superman soundtrack by the London Symphony Orchestra especially the cut where Kal-el meets his father for the first time...but the whole thing is superb.
And
The end music track in the movie Primal Fear...Cancao Do Mar, performed by Dulce Pontes
the same for movie "Under Suspicion" with Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman...song title is "Peyote Dreams" by George Acogny.
the same for "Shattered" with Tom Berenger...end title song by veteran Hollywood composer Alan Silvestri
and just about everything on the "Mo'Money" Soundtrack

It is really a cross between the "Vanilla Sky" soundtrack and the "Closer" soundtrack. "Vanilla Sky" contained the less-famous Icelandic band, Sigur Ros (Victory Rose) and so it deserves a great deal of credit for going in such a different, artistic direction. However, "Closer" contains a lot of music that I've found more men to like than women. It's definitely one of those raw, blunt films about sex.
