You can move out anytime before the age of 18 with parents permission. Otherwise you can move out on your own at the age of 18.

Well, I don't know when you can move out, but the legal age is eighteen. But I know someone who left home at sixteen. Sorry your life sucks.

I think if you are 16 and "self supporting" you can go you own way,However you may have to go to court and get "your Minorities removed" I know I did. It was very Painless...just had to prove to the Judge That i was Self sufficient
