the second stripper at the off campus Duke party did indeed tell police that the accuser was acting crazy and drunk and was only alone for 5 minutes, do you think there will be law suits flying left and right.
The police department witholding information. Interesting how these street level bureaucrats are accused of flubbing it all up.
Let's see, official misconduct on behalf of the police department and the district attorney's office (providing it was known). And the accuser as well.

i think it's a damn shame that these guys have had this year of their lives screwed up by this and i think that prosecutor should be getting a lawyer himself.

I think the original prosecutor should be brought up on some kind of charges for steering information to help his political career.
