Trust, and commitment, and good communication. People have to be willing to stay together through thick and thin. If things get hard most people leave. A strong relationship requires a lot of time, patience, and hard work.

Sometimes it's just luck. Sometimes it's just that they are a good couple and should remain a good couple because they both are understanding, they love each other alot, and they keep in touch. It's really who you choose to be with. I mean you wouldn't want a boyfriend / husband that doesn't love you or doesn't talk to you. You both gotta be understanding etc like I said earlier in this paragraph. Elementary/middle school relationships do not last very long. I've seen that highschoolers have longer relationships. But it all really depends.

LOVE-
everything else plays a big part- I don't want to make this long-
but sweet and simple-
The Bible is built on love all the way through-
everything else such as sex, money, time, looks just plays a role-

That's easy. if you fall out of love your are selfless. and you expect to much of your wife or husband. Love is give and take. some people
want to take more then they give.
