Superman vs Spawn?

now I've seen the other vs. how would supes deal with magic on this one?

While Superman's OTHER weakness is to Magic, Spawn is nowhere near Superman on the level of physical power, speed, endurance, intelligence, or invulnerability. If Spawn pissed off Superman bad enough, it would probably take Kent about 1/2 second to completely destroy Spawn, especially once Superman realized Spawn was basically an undead demon spawn, so Superman would not feel obligated to hold back or stop short of killing Spawn

Spawn would because his whole essence is magic, just the touch of him could hurt Superman. The only way Supes could win is to separate the hellspawn from Al, but not even Malbolgia( the one who created it ) could do it, it had been attached to long. Yes he could hurt Spawn, but he has been killed many times and is not technically alive anyway. He would just send out his chains trap him and blast him.

Ummm.. supes is vulerable to magic and stuff...but there is no way spawn can win. heres why...superman is jus to fast,there is no way for spawn to catch him. those chains would be useless...all supes would have to do if fly around until spaw is tired and must of his magic is used up . Or jus one punch to spawn to knock him back too hell.
