i'm 13 and i shop at these stores:
wetseal (i love it because the prices are so great and the clothes are so cute)
hollister (its a little pricey but look for the outlets)
macys has a lot of sales too. and the clothes there are all brand name and nice
rave has a lot of cute clothes too for our age and their reallie cheap (like 5 dollar stuff)
theres also a store called everblue at where i live. im not sure if you have it over there but there are always sales for clothes from 3 dollars and up!! i think papaya clothing makes clothes for the company
go to discount stores such as tjmaxx (i haven't been there before but i've heard it has like abercrombie and roxy and billabong for cheap prices. a billabong jacket is only 20 dollars there!!)
old navy always has items of the week and reallie inexpensive nice stuff
charlotte russe!!! the stuff there are so cheap!
and forever 21 too!
i also buy my accesories at wetsal since the prices are so great there.. for example.. rite now the sunglasses are only a buck!! the earrings are like 4 dollars and up. and the necklaces and bracelets are like 5 - 6 dollars.

I'm 12 and I shop at Goodys, Wal-Mart, and aeropostale. They're all cheap and aeropostale has lots of online sales. Also target and limited too, but limited too is a little more expensive. Some of the sales are in the store at aeropostale, but most r just online. I usually buy my clothes from aeropostale online. if u click on my name then u can IM m or email me.

Yeah I'm 16. I guess you want stuff like Ralph Lauren ad DKNY.
Go to Macys or Loehmans they always have stuff 50 % to 75% off. Well these stores are in New York and also nationwide, I don't know if they're in your city and state.

I dont know if you have this store where you live but if you have a Gordman's then go there: their clothes are cute and inexpensive, I buy stuff from there all the time!

GO TO FOREVER 21!!! AGAIN I REPEAT, FOREVER 21. That store is amazing. I'm 14, and i love shopping there, and there's like never anythign for more than 35 dollars. It's an amazign store. You have to go there.
