No, its the best. Its what makes you ride a roller-coaster. Its what make you do just-a-little-extra at work (so you won't get canned.)

Its what keeps you from cheating on you significant other (fear of getting caught.) And its why you don't lie to your parents (fear of getting caught.)

Its what keeps you from driving when you're totally plastered (fear of getting a DWI or fear of getting smeared into jelly on the roadside.)

Its what keep you from saying what you really feal (fear of being called someone who doensn't support the troops.)

Nah, fear keeps all of us civil. Its the biggest thing that keeps poor people from killing rich people (fear of Hell.)

A world without fear is Hell.

Yes, fear is in many (most) cases the worst feeling of all, although I can relate to the responder who intimated your question to a cheating partner. Fear is most often interest paid in advance on a loan that you never have to take. Fear is largely pointless, because what you fear will probably never take place. There are, of course, irrational fears, I have them. We all do. Fear clouds the mind of what to do best; we're much more logical when thinking objectively, which fear clouds miserably. Step outside of your situation and see it as someone who doesn't know you would. It's not necessarily easy, but the process will give you clarity in your situation.

Fear is pretty bad but I think loss is the worst feeling. Losing someone special to me is the worst feeling I have ever experienced. But then again, my worst fear is losing the people who are the most important in my life

Nope, fear can be helpful at times like when it's telling you something is not a good idea or you can be fearful of something then push past it to be stronger. I would say being lonely is the worst feeling.

No, hurt is the worst. The king of hurt that literally makes your heart ache & you feel like you want to throw up to somehow expel all of the pain inside. Ever have someone you truly love die? Or leave you? Only things like that will bring on the most horrible, wretched hurt that I' talking about. But fear sucks, too.

No, i would think a totally consuming feeling of hopelessness(despair or depression) to be the worst feeling one could have.

Like the feeling one gets from say being dumped by someone you are still madly in love with, just that general knowledge that you are in a bad situation that you cannot escape and that you have no power to change.

fear would probably one of the top negative feelings but when you think about it, if you are feeling an intense bad emotion it feels so bad during the moment or period of time that you feel it. That goes with all the other emotions so really none are worse, they are all pretty bad. Fear, guilt, anger, jealousy, sadness, emptiness, and any other emotion or feeling that leaves you upset or down.

Only if you don't know where it comes from. The Bible says "that God did not give us the spirit of fear" But of Truth , Power, and a Sound mind". So that means that fear comes from the other Direction. I Believe That we give fear power By Focusing on our5 fears and giving our fears Power over Us.
Learn to Re-buke your Fear in the Name of JESUS CHRIST. and force yourself to think about something Totally opposite.. Something that makes you happy and feel good and smile.

Pain is my worst feeling. Fear is my worst emotion.

It sure is. When you're in a state of fear your whole body goes into fight or flight mode and the adrenal hormones start flowing. If you don't do anything you end up feeling tired and exhausted over nothing.

Fear is a necessary emotion because it enables us to embrace what scares us which in turn allows us to become stronger...but yeah, it is the worse fear and it's up there with guilt and loss.
