There is a medical procedure that is used to treat severe cases of dwarfism. It is extremely painful, but it involves breaking the femur into about 5 sections. Then large needles attached to leg splints are inserted into the segments of bone and and the segments are spaced about an eighth of an inch apart. As the osteocytes begin to repair the bone, they fill the gaps in. The process must be repeated over and over in order to see significant growth. However because the bones become porous and brittle, the procedure is usually stopped after the patient experiences only 3 - 5 inches of growth. The majority of doctors will never agree to such a procedure for cosmetic reasons only. I hope this tidbit helps you.

If you are finished growing, you can't add to your true height except for a very painful surgery requiring breaking your leg bones, pinning them, turning the pins everyday until you add maybe 2 inches.
Otherwise, try shoes with inserts or higher heels.

how old are you? if you are above 18 yrs old then I can't help you because your growth has stopped. But if you are younger, you can do a lot of swimmings, and drink vitamins, I heard there is even a supplimental that can make you taller now. search for it.

How old are you? Because you continue to grow until you are 25. Also it is important to have a have a good healthy diet. and it is true that smoking does stunt your growth so do not smoke.

yes if you go to your plastic surgeon, have him break your legs, a nice smooth break is best, and then put in pins to seperate them.The bone grows together, thus making you taller.
I hope your not like 5"1 wanting to be 5"9 cuz it could take a while.

Yeah, um, grow..... No really, I'm short, and I think it's sexy, especially when I'm standing next to my tall handsome man. You accent each other. Live with it. You can't wear heels all of the time.

there is no way u can make urself taller but heels do make a difference and they r cute w/the right outfit.

Grab yourself in the rear bumper of your dad´s car and be sure your foot get stocked somewhere....
If you do not loose your hands, you will be at least 6.5 f tall after the process...
