but do u have a best friend.....the one that is always reliable and the one you can confide without losing sleep that the news is all over the town nextday..(even though he tells only to a person at a time)...i dont have any...iam 28..can i have one at this age....everyone should be having one by this time....how can i find one....

If someone was a real friend, he wouldn't tell a soul about anything. There are many good people out there who are really sincere, caring, and honest, and will keep your privacy. Just because you're 28 doesn't mean that you should have found one already. Sometimes we're destined to have that person(s) put in our life at a certain point in time. I have several very beautiful people in my life but we bonded as a result of a traumatic experience we all suffered. God forbid that you should suffer any trauma before anyone is put in your life but do seek out those who may have something in common with you, be it mental, physical, emotional, spiritual traits or other things. Don't they say birds of a feather flock together. Don't flock with those that don't respect your human persona.

Um...well I find that "best friends" always screw me over some how. You can have a best friend at any age. Just go hang out around people and you will find that you will be become closer to people and you might end up with a best friend....Who knows..... You may even make quite a few. Anyways....good luck!

Most people go through life having only a couple of best friends. I have not got one either. I had 2 best friend's in primary school, and lost contact growing up :-( . It's okay to have more than one best friends, It's better if you're all friends together, I loved it with my 2 best friends.

Well, yes and no. I mean my best friend can let a secret slip if it won't hurt me but if she knows i'm serious and nobody can know she keeps her mouth shut, and yes, you can have more than one best friend. As to where you can get one. I suppose it's diffrent for everyone. I found mine at a new church i started going to. I think that would would be a great place to find best friends. Yes you can have one at your age.

Some people have lots of best friends, some have just one and some don't have any. It's mainly down to the individuals preference and character.
