If you're referring to George H.W. Bush, he was born in New Haven Connecticut. He later moved to Texas go get into the oilman's game. That's where George W. Bush was born, in the western city of Midland. Any more questions? As for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, she was born in a suburb (I forgot which one) near Chicago.

Yes, W was BORN in Connectictut, while his Dad was attending Yale. But he GREW UP in Texas. And after college he returned to Texas, which is where he worked and raised his family. To most people's way of thinking that does indeed make him a Texan.
