You will experience morning sickness for the first 13 weeks of your pregnancy. Then it subsides and you won't really have it anymore.

It depends on the woman, some have it from the time of implation, some get it later in the first trimester, some don't get it all, some get it later in pregnancy. There is no real answer to this question. If you don't have it, count yourself very lucky!! If you do, here are some things to help

Eat small frequent meals every 2-3 hours- 2 to 3 ozs of protein and carbohyrates are the best.

Eat saltine crackers or bread before you get up in the morning and through out the day.

Eat or drink something sweet- fruit, fruit juice- before getting out of bed in the morning and before going to bed at night.

Avoid food with strong and offensive oder, citrus fruits, greasy and spicy foods, and fatty foods.

Increase your rest.

At bedtime try: 1/2 unisom tablet or 100 mg B6 twice a day.

I started taking unisom when I first found out I was pregnant and my morning sickness wasn't that bad. I just hope you don't experience it at all!!
