what would you have to do to make a 4 wheeler (ATV) street legal in Massachusetts?

i would like to know how i can modify my atv to be able to travel on public road ways in Massachusetts. I would like to know what parts i would need to change to be able to operate on public roadways.

you can't modify an ATV to be street legal in they US

You might be able to do that to a golf cart with a slowmoving vehicle sign but not on a atv
