I read tons and tons of good books that have action, romance and the whole nine yards. So why aren't they getting turnd into movies? Even so, I never really liked when books turn into movies[the ones that i read anyway.]
Any answers?

I would love to see Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter book series into a movie.especially 'dance with the devil' and 'seize the night'
I was horrified to see what they did to Count of Montecristo by Alexander Dumas.The book was much better than the movie.But Lord of the Rings' books were made into some great movies.I liked the johnny depp movie chocolat better than the book on which it was based .'chocolat' by joanne harris.

I think that any James Patterson book is good enough to be made into a movie. Also, Robert Ludlum and Trevanian.
