I know how you feel. I am sooo outgoing all the freakin time but there was this one guy that just always made me clam up. But why instead of asking him out use the good ole need some sugar routine and then mention that you want to go out to do something specific like a certain movie or something and then ask him if he wants to go. Like on the sly but direct!

What you need to do is come up with the nerve to ask your neighbour out and that has nothing to do with your horoscope. Just get up the courage and ask out the neighbour!!

Just thinking about asking your neighbor out would seem daring enough to me. What if he says yes then if it doesn't work out, those trips to the mail box will seem awkward. Bite the bullett, whats the worst thing that could happen? Be casual and just ask to go somewhere loud and social, that way it could be just a drink or if it works, bam! Date!

I think you should just find some excuse to go over there, or just go next door and say "I have something to ask. I will be okay if you say no, but will you go out with me?" or something to that degree.
