Don't call yourself depressed. I'm not saying to think about butterflies or happiness all the time, but just focus on the best things that've ever happened to you. Think way back to the happiest moment of your life, and keep it in your head forever. Then think about your goals in life, and what you could possibly do to reach them. Then accomplish your goals while thinking of being happy. It may be a bit hard, but once you accomplish your goals, you'll probrably be happier (I've tried this method with myself everyday, and I love living.) It's good to tell someone you don't know about these things, because if you tell someone you do know, they may think of your question as "out of character" or something like that. But just leave your fears of everything behind and do what you believe in.

Most of these feelings are very good to have because they mean that you are human. Jealousy, and anger are hurtful feelings because keeping these feelings with you is allowing yourself to be hurt more and longer by the person that hurt you in the first place. My advice to you is to take a deep breath or two, and go for a walk or do something active, doing this will help take your mind off of these feelings.

"Is it that time of month?", Dio asked.
Flagon slapped him silly.
Odd set of emotions there, it does seem like you just came off a failed relationship. Ah, well you will start a new one at some point.
Just remember, the most important thing to you is you. No one else. Find something you like to do outside a relationship, and put some time into it. It will make you feel better.

I can relate to that......sometimes you've just got to get it out there so that you don't have to think about it any more. If you need something to read to pick you up though....try the Bible, especially the Psalms...there were some really troubled people who found solice in their God

You forgot to say; "Heartbroken". Sounds like that to me. Spend some time with family, best friends, and coworkers. Get your mind off him,and start thinking about no.1 (you!)

Do you also sometimes feel like you've "forgotten" or neglected to do something important?
Relax, you're totally normal.
