Argh. Here I go again, sharing my wisdom and for what? Tell me?

The question is: how new? If we are talking, a week old, see if the dealer will say it was damaged from the manufacturer, and the company will pop for its repair. I've seen this happen, so it's legit...dealers do this when they want to really take care of the customer.

If not, and you live in a big city, you'll always find some guy that will fix something for peanuts. Many dents can be fixed by removing a panel and giving it the right hit with a rubber mallet.

First I would have a mouth of a sailor, then I would get all your insurance info name phone everything cal the police to record the acident. And make sure that the insurance picked up the whole tab.

well...this depends how it happened and how old of a teen you are. Do you have a part time job where you could help pay to repair? I guess worst case scenario I would ground you for a week and make you do chores to work off the damages done.

depends.... did you do it on purpose or by accident? (i'd be mad if you did it on purpose (and hell hath no fury like michael when he is P.O'd)
do you have insurance? (id be really really mad if you didn't)
did you tell me you did it? or did you make me have to find out on my own?
are you my friend? a co worker? or a stranger? we would have to work it out in any case, but where you fall in one of those 3 catagories would determine how we worked it out
and finally..... do you make it a habit to go around putting big huge dents in people's brand new cars??

Call the cops, file a report, recover damages, have car fixed. If you had no insurance, then I would laugh while your car gets towed and you ride off to jail.

Brand new car....I let your insurance fix it then I take it back and get another new car along with a restraining order so you can't get too close to it this time.

I get out and ask you for $500 cash because my insurance is the cheapo kind and my deductible is likely just the amount of the booboo to my nice care, you dweeb-monkey.
