My daughter is One year and 3 months. I feel shes ready, but I don't know where to start. Even if she's not ready I wanna start encouraging her so she can at least get a feel for it.

If she starts complaining she is wet or dirty or tells you she has to go or went.

You can ask her if she wants to use the potty and if she says yes, try it, but she is way to young.

If you wake her in the morning before she pees, put her on the potty, is she pees there, make a big deal about her being a big girl, if she doesn't oh well.

Don't push her.

I'd say you know when your child is ready. With our son, I waited until I felt he was ready. He could have moved into those pull up things. I started by telling him soon they would not make diapers his size (pretty cruel huh). After a while I told him these were the last diapers we had and that we would need to save them for the nights. The next day I offered him all the liquid he could drink, all his favorites. About every ten minutes I asked him if he had to "go", "make sure", "check", etc. It was an investment of a day, however, he had no accidents that day and never used a diaper again-day or night.

15 months is waayyyyyyy too early. She will start to show a marked interest (girls sooner than boys) at around 22 months. Get her a potty chair then ... and don't be afraid to demonstrate in front of her.

In Europe they start them early--- in the US we don't start them so early. You can introduce her to the pottychair, etc, but she has to give you the cues that she is ready to start.
