What happened at the end of the original super maro bros 3? I was just watching some hacked videos of stuff to do in it, but anyway I beat the game 3 times, and whenever mario went into the door at the end, the game would just be stuck on PAUSED, you couldnt unpause it, and it would stay like that at the end of the game until you turned the system off. Is it worth beating AGAIN?

Well, when I played it, after Bowser fell to the floor, after having him bash through the bricks. I ended up going through the door and finding the Princess. Game credits roll. Now, here is to answer your last question.
"Is it worth beating again?" Yes, after you beat the game, and the credits are done, it should take you back to the beginning. Now, once you play another game, look in your inventory. You should see a whole inventory full of P Wings. Having these will help you when you encounter those levels that require a lot of running around or where the level scrolls automatically. ^^

Paused? sounds like a game genie issue. If that's the case, you can usually get around it by running to where the door appears after bowser falls and hold up on the pad until it opens and lets you through. even if it's not GGenie this may help.
