Good game to play; you are indoors, so you never have to worry about the weather. Also, the game itself will give you a good cardio workout, so you'll burn calories and improve your fitness. Finally, it is not a difficult game to play, so you can find someone with an equal skill level and become playing partners.

I have but I wasn't very good at it....I guess I don't really know how to play. We just hit the ball up against the wall and the other person had to hit it next.....it was a lot of fun trying and it gives you a great workout!!

I play a lot of racket ball and squash, they are both great sports and terrific exercise. I would recommend that you try racket ball, it is a very easy game to learn and play. Anyone can play racket ball, but to be a great racket ball player, it takes a lot of practice and dedication.
