Goku San has a point. Parker will wil a way to put Kyptonite into his webs and beat Superman. I think he has done something like that before.
I'm leaning twords Spidey b/c I found on a website something reaaly interesting...
They say that if you put a bunch of spider web threads together, strand for strand, it will be stronge than steel. Superman is the Man-Of-Steal. Spiderman shoots almost a cable-like web. Think about it.

Superman would win, no matter what. Spiderman is about 12 levels below Superman when it comes to strength, speed, endurance, intelligence, and invunerability. I mean, come on! Parker is a wimp compared to Kent! Just about every single villian (and a great number of heroes) have beaten the stuffing out of Spiderman. Even non-powered people like Frank Castle have whooped Spidey's behind! Not too many villains or heros can take credit for beating Superman- and those that have, its only been temporary, and they were the worst of the worst (Darkseid, Metallo, the Cyborg, Doomsday, The Joker (when he had Imp-Magic), Shazam, and Batman...thats about it..and anyone of them would make mince meat out of Parker in about 2 seconds (well, it would probably take Wayne some time, but he could put the smack down on Parker too)

They can both win first of all Superman could win because all Spider-man can do is shoot webs and rap people up in them and Superman has super strength and speed and also laser vision so he could tear the webs apart dodge them or melt them and second Spider-man all he has to do is strap some kryptonite on Superman's chest with some web and Superman is as weak as a baby.

superman just the idea is crazy i know parker is fast but still this guy has bio electric field that promotes flight invincibleiltiy and a ton of other powers. He might last a couple (spidey fan) but the end result will be mj cry but superman doesn't kill so ...

Superman would win. He is faster,has ungodly strength is invulurble to everything except the big "K" ...Spider-man could not keep up with him. And there is noway for Spidey to make krytonite webbingin time be for Supes knocks him out with a flick of his finger to his head.

Are you kidding me? Superman, of course. They're not even in the same league. Unless you consider that ol' Pete can find out how to use krytonite against Clark Kent, this fight wouldn't even be considered a contest for Superman.
