When I was 18, I remember having a whole day of sex with my girlfriend (at the time). Now, I can only manage an an hour to an hour and a half, and those are good nights, before I get severe pain in my testicles. More often I can go only 30 minutes and I need a rest. I can run for hours 3, 4, 5, so I am not out of breath, but is this pain a sign of testicular cancer?

you left out your age. feel of your nuts, do you feel any lumps? (besides your nuts) guys ages 15-44 have the most testicular cancer. the pain could be a sign of it. you should see a doctor if you got pain in your nuts.

Talk with your doctor-- doesnt mean testicular cancer-- my husband had something similar and he had been "overusing" the prostate and other assorted muscles down there. He just needed a break and now he's just fine.

If you are noticing difference in your sexual performance - it could be due to age - you didn't mention how old you are now. But if you are experiencing pain or any type of sexual problems you should really see your doctor. Any type of pain in your genital area should be examined and diagnosed by a physician.
