Nothing wrong with self-pleasure. You do need to get out & be doing something ovccassionally, like go to church events.

A few months ago, I was very sick, zero energy, freezing cold, depressed, weight gain, thought I was dying. I read every word of this Hypothyroidism Revolution program and followed all the advice. My life turned around the first week. I started to feel human again. Within weeks my energy came back and I felt like living again.

I was diagnosed as hypothyroid by my doctor about 2 1/2 years ago. No matter how we tweaked the Levothyroxin, I continued to experience bloating, painful trapped gas, post-nasal drip and congestion, which I had been experiencing all my life (I am 49 years old) and extreme fatigue which had been on-going for a few years. I didn't seem to be able to get enough sleep, couldn't make it through a day at the office and only wanted to sleep all the time. Starting the diet in early November brought about immediate positive results. ALL the above-mentioned symptoms literally disappeared!! I was so excited I would wake up early each morning, ready to meet the day. THANK YOU for all you've introduced me to, https://vids.im/low-thyroidTreatments-mni . I thank God for your research...

You really need to talk to your doctor. I have hypothyroidism too, and get depressed also because it seems like the symptoms are never going to end. It may take a while for you to get the right dose of your meds too.
