No signs of people anywhere, no answers on the phone calls you make, no radio stations come in, nothing on TV, no planes in the air, no traffic sounds. What would you do?

Another original and thought provoking question mithra!
I'd like to think that I would first do what I always do in times of crises and that is get my mind quiet and go inside where all the answers are always found, but more than likely my first instinct---after the initial panic and total confusion--would be to look around for other people. Looking and searching for others might be my first or second instinct but my first thought would probably that some kind joke was being played on me. Waiting for the world to jump out and say "surprise!" A joke on that kind of huge scale seems preposterous but that thought just popped in my head that that is what I would think. It's hard to say but I'm not sure I would search too long for any signs of human life. I'd fortify my house and stock up on food and go on living the way I always do. If I didn't eventually lose my sanity I hope I'd enjoy the chance to experience the total outer silence and communion with nature.....another chance to watch, grow, & learn, of course. ; ))

fix breakfast, sit outside and eat and then take a walk. The world would be allot more peaceful. I wonder what the stars would look like at night, know one would have their lights on.
I'd probably travel around find a fun fast car, either a new mustang or a z. Though it probably would get boring after awhile.

I'd be lying if I said my 1st instinct would not be panic.

I'd try to protect myself, but not knowing what caused the disappearance of people I'd end up searching in my mind every conspiracy theory I've ever laughed at.

Yeah it would be very troubling to see.
Reality would break down.

Horde food, jack a car, and get as many survival tools as possible. Then i'd set stuff on fire >=-)
(Would there be another person of the opposite gender on the planet, or is humanity doomed?)

I'd probably use the first few days to my advantage. Do whatever I wanted to do and relax without any troubles. After that I would probably freak out.

I would cry. Because it's all I ever wanted. It would be a dream come true.
Yeah I'd burn one city to the ground, just to see what it would look like.
Then I'd live in Florida.
