well, how good do you know him? if you know him well, then just put something cute! it's summer and you should enjoy it! get a fling! go on vacation! celebrate!

i wouldnt write that you like him straight forward because its already the end of the year and unless hes your neighbor and hes not going away for summer then i would write that i like you or wahtever. but if he is, theres not much of a point since you might get over him during summer and when you guys look back at the yaerbook you will feel stupid so write what a great year its been and your a great rfriend blah bla blah, and eventually write a witty remark hinting that you like him but very brief and then quickly change the subject and write "love (your name)"

Just be cute and say...have a good summer and it was nice seeing you this school year hope to see you during the summer...maybe put your phone number ...and end it with your name...not nothing like romantic...

something mature, to show that even though it wasn't a lifelong love, you were grateful for the experience and for him sharing his life with you. he didn't have to and to part ways without any bitter feelings. no more games, that is a tough habit to break.
