Some peole remain A's for their whole life. It depends on your genetics. At 14, there is plenty of time for them to grow. At 14, I was about an A and now at 19, I'm a C.

Are you talking about bra size or waist?
If bra size, the 36 is 36 inches around her body at the fullest part of her breast. Cup size is the actual size of the breasts (A, B , C, D, DD, etc) And yes, since she is only 14 and her hormones are just kicking in, they will get bigger.

I was about a 36, B cup at that age. Bust size is often based on family history....basically, if mom is big, so will be daughter. Just tell her to be sure to wear a good bra and try not to eat fatty, crappy foods....one of the biggest places you build fat cells is in your bust.

All women are different sizes at different ages. I wouldn't be concerned about it, especially at 14.
