Problems persist all over the world and no one has a problem free life. Not even Jesus had a problem free life. Life happens and bad things happens to both white and black alike. We also have to reap what we sow. If we sit around blaming other people for our problems we end up in a very bad place and maybe start drug use etc.. because you are putting blame on every one else but our self's. Granted there is such a thing as black tax where a black man/woman that is just as talented and schooled as a white guy the black guy would have to work twice as hard to get the same respect as the white guy but the reverse is the same.
I have been set against buy both white and black alike so in each of the races there are good and bad apples. What you do and how you react is either contributing to the problem or the cure.
the cure is to do the right thing.

Maybe not 100%. But since we live in a more modern era, it's not as high as it used to be.
Can you imagine being black in a period where you could have been killed simply because you had black skin?
What if the tables were turned, and whites where killed for being white? What if our children were raped and mistreated because no one considered them human?
I am white, but when you look at history, it's no wonder they have a hard time getting over years of murder and unfairness.
Turn back a couple of hundred years, and I would say whites were at least 95% responsible.

I honestly don't know. What are the "problems" black Americans are facing?
As a "mostly white" woman, I see that the biggest problems we are facing as a country are 1) failing to take full advantage of educational opportunities, 2) blaming our problems on others and not taking responsibility for the way our lives turn out, 3) choosing to judge others and/or discriminate on the basis of religion, culture, skin color and ecomonic status.
I'd say the answer to many problems are educate yourself, take full responsibility for how your life goes and give yourself and others the space to be who you are.

I don't think I can give you an answer...... but no whites are not 100% to blame for anything. I'm a believer no matter what race or religion you are, everyone makes misstakes. There are alot of ignorant people in this world!

that's stereotypical since our history shows mostly whites being racist to blacks but there are other scenarios.
