she might be a bit confused. the uretha and vaginal opening are very close together on females. so she might just be mistaken.

I think she's either kidding or doesn't know basic anatomy. The only way you could possibly pee out of the vagina is if you had some kind of abnormal connection going on, like a fistula or something. Normally, the urethra (where you pee from) is directly behind the clitoris and in front of the vagina. They are completely separate openings, not connected in any way unless something either developed abnormally or got torn (like from childbirth).

As a side note, if there is urine coming from the vagina, it would be a constant leak, because there is no muscle there to control flow like there is in the urethra.
