This has happened to me quite a lot, I was just wondering who every one thought the rude party was....A girl has a shirt with some print on it...such as like, george bush sucks, or NE chicks are hot, or something...and I read it, then she gets mad, because the lady think I'm starting at her breasts. Even though most of the time I happen to "notice" that they arent wearing a bra.
Why wear a shirt with with print on it, if you dont want people to read it?

Indeed, you have a point there.
It's just that for any woman, it's not a nice feeling to be stared at especially to her breasts. So, whenever you tried to read whatever is written in her shirt, try to do it discreetly.

You're not alone. They wear the shirts so you will look, many with their breasts hanging out, then give you a dirty look like I did something wrong.
I just answer "Real nice !".

Just buy yourself some shorts that have some lame saying on the front. Then you can call those same girls out when you catch them looking at you!

Thats a Tough one buddy,
Because theirs Noticing = OK
and there is Staring = Rude
So make sure that you are not out of line in your "Noticing" quests.
