Too hot is rather uncomfortable, but too cold can be a nightmare. If you have ever been "chilled to the bone", which is very cold-beyond too. This kind of cold can not be remedied by adding more clothes. You need to produce more body heat which sometimes isn't easy.
So I'd have to answer I like being just comfortable, say between 65 and 75 degrees F is ideal.

For me i rather be too hot than too cold, because you still can beat the heat by drinking cold water, taking shower, eating ice cream, wearing lite clothes. The cold weather make lazy to take shower and you're always wearing a lot clothes to keep warm some time you sweting and smell swet that why i prefere the hot weather.

If it has to be one or the other, I would choose too cold. I can always grab a blanket or a sweater if necessary. What can I do when too hot? Go nude? It won't help me and probably wouldn't do much good for my neighbors either.
Can't spend all my time under the fan or n the pool or shower. Too hot is just miserable.

Too cold definitely... most places its illegel to run around nude so I'd rather be too cold and bundle up! But then again, I'm a native northerner so I'm used to being cold more than warm.

Too cold. No doubt about it, I work in an aluminium plant and dread the summer. I keep promising myself that I won't work there for another summer.. still there 9 years on. Such is being a Husband and Dad in a place with few jobs going spare.

Too cold. Vanilla Ice, Yo! because if it is too cold.. just put on extra clothes. If it is too hot, even if you take off your clothes you'll still be hot like magma.

Too hot, unless you have a/c, is a nightmare.
