What did you think of Brokeback Mountain? No mean answers please. I just rented it, and was wondering is it worth the watch?

I watched it with my husband, you have to go into it with the right expectations. Don't expect fast paced action for example. It's a little slow but I think that was done on purpose to portray that since being gay in those days was so taboo, it took a long time to attempt anything. The movie takes time to develop the characters and you end up empathizing with them in the end. I cried. Also, the landscape is wonderful and the cast great!

I watched it. I was disturbed. You were sitting there going "Why are you doing this when you should do this?" Then the ending I felt was too much.

I really enjoyed it - it was a beautifully portrayed love story! Just be aware that it's not for children or homophobes!

God it sucks. The story line is weak. The cinematography that everyone was freaking about didn't do it for me, but I'm from Montana I see that ish everyday.

nah i havent watched it cuz it has gay cowboys having sex..........only gay people watch dat movie
