If you are serious about slimming use it for 2 months..take it 1 hour before a meal and cut the size of your meal in half. Adios will break down the fat before it can do any harm. You wont see a difference until you have used it for 4 weeks. I lost 2 stone with adios. I needed something to help after my operation. and i have never looked back.

Adios is a 'herbal' conconcoction that wont do you any harm, nor do you any good either.
The amount of iodine it contains is not dangerous.
'Fat burning' foods/chemicals is a myth - there is no scientific evidence for this.
You cannot lessen the harm fats do by eating any particular food/chemical/herb.
Only eating less energy-food (fat, starch & sugar) than your body requires for your level of activity will reduce your weight (stored fat). You must make sure you maintain a healthy, balanced diet.

i think adios is just a money making con, if you want to lose weight then try going to dr. and herbs the shop you will find it on most high streets, ask for thier slimming tea, i lost a stone in 3 weeks using this, just drink two cups a day, good luck :-)

Slimming pills will give results on use varying from 3 to 6 months.If you donot control your diet,pills alone will not work.Slimming pills sometimes contol you hunger,you take less and weight comes down.

Just have a proper diet rich in fiber and protein and try to cut all the unhealthy stuff from your diet atlhough its good to enjoy. Dont binge on unhealthy stuff any other time. You should also exercise 3-5 times a week and you should definitely see results in a couple of weeks. Learn more here:

Don't eat second helpings, leave off the sweets, and cut back on your carbohydrates. That is, leave off your potatoes and cut way back on bread. Get plenty of exercise. Try not to snack unless it is fruits and vegetables. Leave off your unhealthy snack especially at night before bedtime.
