i don't think that if someone defends the right of gay people he/she is gay, I'm not gay and live in a country where their rights are not respected and i don't like it but can't say that I've done a lot to change it but it's also very, very hard!

I don't by any means. I am about as strait as they come. But I have had some gay and bisexual friends over the years; some very close. They were all awesome people; and half of the time, more down to earth than alot of strait people are. I'll defend a gay's rights until the end. But I'll be completely honest; holding hands or whatever, that doesn't both me, but to see them kissing it gets me a bit squeemish; whether it's guy on guy or girl on girl. But that's their buisiness. I just feel that just because their hormones are different from my own, it doesn't mae them any less of a person, and I feel very strongly about the fact they should have the same possibility at lifetime happiness that I have with my husband and family.

I don't believe that at all!! They might just feel a need to defend another person's rights. I defend gay people, but I am surely NOT gay. I just try to help people. Doesn't matter what their sexual preference is.

I defend gays, but I'm not gay. Men who call each other gay in a taunting way is just confused about their own sexuality. I think homosexuals have the right to their own life and freedom. They deserve to be treated like the way everyone else wants to be treated.

If I defend blacks, does that mean I'm black?

Thats quite absurd.

first if all did u do that?

second of all some pplz minds are brainwashed wit those stuff when a person protects someone gay theyre gay 2...but if u just want 2 protct the person 4 being teased, critisized, or watever...then ur a true friend...i mean....some people r just not mature enough 2 handle those kind of stuff...if pplz think ur gay...fine...but at least u have a heart 2 protect someone.

i defend peoples rights to be gay bi whatever they want, and i am not gay or bi,
during the civil rights movement many white people defended the rights of blacks, that did not make them black
some people or so ignorant !!

I defend anyone's right to do anything, whether it be gay or straight, stupid or smart, or cruel or nice. That's the beauty of this country, and anybody who calls someone else gay for defending someone else's right to be gay is simply insecure (not in their sexuality, just in insecure in general).

I am not pro-gay but I would defend the right of these people to choose the life style they want.

I'm straight, but I defend people's right to be gay/bi or however they want to be. Defending freedom has nothing to do with sexual preferences.

Not true.

I am sure that there are more homosexual people fighting for the rights then there are straights, but there are stright people that defend. I am one of them. My stepson is gay and I just love him to pieces.
