Okay....

Do you see Tools on the browser menu? Its on top with File, Edit, View, etc. You need to click on Tools, then go to Internet Options. A popup of different tabs will come up.

Go to Privacy tab, then click on Advanced. There is a button called Advanced. In there, you need to enable cookies. Just check next to it and it will enable cookies.

Close your browser and open it again.

In Internet Explorer
1. Use your left mouse button to click on "Tools" at the top of the browser.
2. In the drop down menu click on "Internet Options."
3. At the top of the window that pops up click on "Privacy"
4. Use your mouse to point at the slider on the left then hold down your left mouse button and move the slider down as low as you dare. All the way down will allow all cookies. I would leave it at a "Medium" setting which allows most cookies but provides some security and privacy.
5. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the box.

That should enable cookies in you Internet Explorer browser.
