Form an outline of what you want the essay to cover. (You can do this while your at work.) Figure out what you want to cover in each paragraph, figuring this is a five paragraph essay you should have your Intro, then 3 supporting paragraphs then your conclusion. You should also get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water and just suck it up and jump in. =) I know I procrastinate and overanalyze and get down on myself for not doing instead of just doing it. Good luck!

Make an Outline
A. Commencement
1. Prepare a detailed outline as you gain information
2. This outline becomes skeleton of the term paper
3. It can also be made into a table of contents
B. Alter the Draft Outline
1. As you gather more information and become clearer about what you want to write.
2. The outline reflects the nature of the topic, what you want to write about the topic, and the information you have gathered.
3. It should be dynamic and helpful rather than fixed and inflexible
C. Arrange the Headings in a Logical Progression
1. Each Major Heading may become a Chapter
2. Make Subtopics as necessary under each heading
A final important point - Get Started!
All the Best!

ear plugs to block out those background sounds-tell everyone to leave you alone for a few hours if you live with others-night is good
the best way to start on a paper is just to free write, write about anything the paper, that you are having a hard time wiritng it, what you think that is making it hard. 15-20minutes
start to brainstorm on paper some of the ideas that you have
with those ideas see which one you can work with
think of the pros and cons of the subject what should you write down what is important, think of the topics that you are going to cover it is the body of your paper 10-20mins
next think of a thesis statement for you paper
in the first paragraph you should explain what your paper is going to be about breiftly 6-8 lines.
That is your rough draft
don't forget about the conclusion
you won't write a paper it will come to you

I suggest you to not tell your boss that you got a paper due because he might say thats school qand this woek, so you need to find a way. Dont complain to your boss you should tell him once and if he dont understand. Then you need to stay off the computer, have a quiet environment, take short breaks, and you need to get your mind to understand that you have to finish this paper. Its a good idea to go to the library, if you cant concentrate at home. Work hard.!!! To accomplish alot of goals you have to stay up late and work hard!!!

Well, i'm not sure HOW you have problem with concentrating but...try something like drinking a cup of cold water, have like a minute nap. I personally get tired in recently and my eyes sometimes hurt and i can feel that they are tired. Of course, the primary reason is because i don't get enough sleep, so, try short nap. That sometimes helps me concentrate. My point is like, just relax for a while. :)

don't sleep tonight. but it's next friday, so you have plenty of time.
rub your temples, go to the library to write it, write down anything that comes to mind, you'll have something good in the middle of all the "i hate this girl, this guy is so hot." if you have time, go out and take a walk after reading the prompt again, some ideas should pop up.

Alls i can tell you is to get started and see if once you start you get kindof inspired or whatever you want to call it... And stop when you feel like stopping for a break then go back to it... once you sit down with the mind set of "Im going to write at least a quarter of it AT LEAST"... youll be on your way

Make sure you are completely comfortable, eat some food so that doesn't distract you. I've got A.D.D. so I know how it feels to not be able to concentrate no matter how hard I try.
