That number represents the minute of the game at which they scored the goal. If, for example, the number says 71', that means the goal was scored 71 minutes into the game!
That's all there is to it!

It means in what minute of the 90 minutes of play the goal was score.
Lets say that ,
at 10 minutes 45 seconds after the game started, player "X", score a gol, then you will see
"X" (10') meaning that the gol was score 10 minutes after the beginning of the game(the seconds don't matter, is the minute off the time)
It is the first half of the game, and the forth referre gave 3 minutes of extra time. And in the minute 46 and 5 seconds a gol is score by player "X", then you will see
"X" (45') and not 46', this is because the first half is 45 minutes, and legaly the second half begins in minute 46, so you can put 46. Sometimes you could see "X" (45'+1'), to indicate that the gol was score in the first minute of the extra time..
It is the second half of the game, and 18 minutes 20 seconds after the second half began, player "X" score a gol, then you will see
"X" (63') (The minutes reference the beginning of the game without the overtime of the first half, so 45' first half + 18' second half = 63' of the game) (remember: the seconds don't matter, is the minute off the time of play)
It is the second half of the game, and the forth refere gave 5 minutes of extra time. And in the minute 47 and 5 seconds of the second half, a gol is score by player "X", then you will see
"X" (92') this is because you could keep counting until the the end of the half or you could see (90'+2') meaning that the gol was score in the second minute of the extra time.
