I'm having the same problem and Yahoo keeps telling me the problem is on my end but it isn't. I signed up for an Excite account a couple of days ago and all the email functions work fine. Also, I cannot attach files or forward emails. You need to send an email to Yahoo support to tell them about it. If more people complain, maybe they will believe it and do something about it. Mine has been this way for over a week and YAHOO refuses to acknowledge the problem is on their end. COMPLAIN please! If you don't tell yahoo it won't get fixed.

Are you able to acces the help link (usually upper right corner of screen or all the way down at the bottom of the page.) If yes, send a complaint to Yahoo. And don't forget to thank them for screwing things up by trying to "improve" too many things at the same time..... new home page, new beta mail, new photomail, etc.

weird,i have the same problem.both old and new yahoo i can't reply to ppl.i just send a new one by useing "compose" button to the person and tell them ya can't reply and stuff
