Sorry for the long story for a short question but...
It directly depends on what you like?
I´ve travelling all my life and seen many different things, but I can tell you:
a) The must amazing bodies and work-out culture is in Brazil, (Rio specifically.. WOW), bodies Men and Women amazing.
b) The must beautiful women faces, in Venezuela and Colombia, it cultural that the girls from very young age starts worrying about looking beautiful so there you can find very beautiful women faces.
c) A good combination of both... I like thin women so Argentina for me is a great place (European style completely), Blue, green and brown eyes, beautiful faces, tall women, nice body, a lot of work-out culture as well you can see from very young to mature women with amazing bodies (must thin but beautiful) very refine and culturally rich
d) If you do not like European style and you are looking for hot, lovely, romantic, beauty: Mexicans, even no girl is tall enough in Mexico, must of them are beautiful, the exercises is not routine, so you wont find sculptural bodies around but the best women you can ever find is a Mexican, you will get to know, loyal, trustful, good women.
e) American : Beautiful barbies... Blondie's and Blue, green, even violet eyes, tall, beautiful ladies... around, not very romantic, practical, they last as much as they get interested, after that they get out... leave or make you leave...
I don´t like men... but that the best Men that I have seen, is Italian and Germans, big, strong and well looking guys...
But again this is me... You got to make your own criteria about...

i have to say mexico or italy cause they have the perfect skin not to dark not to light and just the perfect eyes i dont feel bad cause my friends say i look a tiny bit like latino lol so basically latino well anyway i wish i had latino blood in me cause i would look fabulous!
