There are many many associates.
You'll find the so-called friends won't be there in time of trouble.
But if you die with ONE true friend you've been blessed.
As a kid I used to pray for friends.
Then I grew up and realized - I had to be my own friend!

If you are timid ...it would be difficult. Go to a Museum and try to comment on a painting with the person next to you (if she or he looks friendly) or go to a neighborhood
bar or to your Church Hall meeting...Don't wait for a person to approach you...Respectfully, without being aggressive ...start a conversation but....please do not be banal !
