What the dude above says is correct, adn the best places to level up your Final Form are in Twilight Town and The World That Never Was. On top of that, if you get your Final Form up to Level 7 you get a cool Glide Level 3. With this level you can never hit the ground as long as the ground remains level(like if you are on flat ground and you try to glide onto a slope when you are very close to the ground, the glide will cease).

Once you reach the last area in The World that never was in which no battles occur, you have the ability to obtain the Final Form. The final form occurs just like anti-form does, in that it occurs randomly when you transform to another form, except this time you can select final form on the menu once you obtain it. You must transform while in battle and must also have at least 5 drive bars on your gauge. Everytime you transform and final form is not obtained you chances for reaching this form increase exponentially. Now once you obtain Final Form, you recieve one experience point for every Nobody you kill while in the Final Form. A good place to level up is Twighlight town where there is an abundance of low level Nobodies. When you level up the form to level 3 you obtain the glide ability outside of battle and it increases it's power at levels 5 and 7.That is how you get glide in Kingdom Hearts 2.

You MUST have Final Form in order to get the glide ability. In order to randomly receive this form, you MUST be past the "fight scene" with Roxas in the World that Never Was. After that scene, I suggestion going into the tournaments in the Underworld that has the rule "drive with no supporting characters and the drive gauge fills up faster than normal!" Repeatedly enter Master form in here is my suggestion. I got it within 20 minute by doing this. Also, to level up Final Form, you've got to kill Nobodies. Go to Twilight Town Mansion for tons of these to kill and are relatively weak. As for Aerial Dodge, you've got to level up Master Form. You CANNOT use the tournament for this, as it grants no experience. Master Form levels up by gathering the drive orbs. I suggest going to The Land of Dragons and going to the screen right before reaching the Summit area. Use your Master Form abilities and destroy the carts and such here and gather those drive orbs! You'll have this form mastered in no time and will have earned Aerial Dodge in the process.
