Not to my knowledge, I have a 98 as backup computor, and XP has own firewall. I have had that 98 for years and never heard of a firewall for it. You might check the Firewall sights like Zone Alarm etc and see if they will service 98 Windows.

Ditto for Zone Alarm. It's user friendly and can be "adjusted" to allow certain sites access while denying access to other sites.
